I have tried to call this post office several times this week and last week the estimated wait is between an hour and an hour and a half. Please explain to me why it could possibly be that long?!? Maybe if they got off their behinds and went to see what that ringing noise is, the wait would be shorter.
No wonder this place has a 1.8 star review.
Horrible people. Went to the counter because I received a notice in my post office box that I had a large package being held, and it would not fit in the PO Box. While I was picking up my package I asked Modanna at the front counter to get my mail from the back, since I forgot my post office box key. I did not want to have to make a separate trip, and since I was already there I'd figure I'd kill two birds with one stone. When I asked this employee, so proceeded to say " No I will not get your mail." I replied "Really?" Her response was "Yes, you have a key don't you?" I said " Yes, but I forgot my key, and would like to get my mail since I'm already here, is it that big of a deal?" She said "Yes it is! It's that big of a deal! Let me see some ID" I showed her my ID. She comes back with my mail and package, and I ask her, her name.
I ordered a bunch of large packages that needed to be signed for. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when they were delivered. I went to the PO a few days later to pick them up, and the gentlemen helping me was kind enough to load them onto a cart, wheel them out to my truck, and help us load the truck. He went above and beyond for me! (Sadly, we were missing 2 packages in the group, which USPS is now trying to find, but not his fault!)
I followed up by making a complaint with the supervisor, why? She is the type of person that would be the first person to complain if roles were reversed. Never before have I had a problem with another employee, and this type of issue. I have had a PO box at this office for probably about 2 years, and maybe have went to the counter 6 times? To ask for my mail.
Some of the most rude and unprofessional I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and take a few extra minutes and drive to a different location.
Female worker was rude and unprofessional, just moved to area, didn’t expect attitude from post office worker. It looked like she did me a favor by selling stamps
