I had such an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings
Nice atmosphere, but blah food. Ordered buffalo ranch chicken wrap and it had neither buffalo or ranch. Disappointing to say the least. Honey bbq boneless wings flavor was weak and wings were chewy. Server was nice, she offered to get another wrap for me but my time did not allow. She said she would tell manager, but I never heard more after that. I am not going back.
No matter how few people are eating here, it's always a wait. Food is good. Service is good, when it's there. But the help disappears, nowhere to be found, until you're at your last straw of waiting.
Great for families or co-eds. Every kid gets a tablet (or anyone who wants one). Play poker / trivia against your friends, entertain your kids with kid friendly games while you enjoy a great meal, or skip the tablets and catch a game or socialize.
I had gotten 20 wings with 4 different flavors. Half of my wings were overcooked (dry) and most of them barely had any seasoning or flavor on them. The waiter forgot to bring my friend's order of wings. My boyfriend's and friends burgers were good, onion rings and mozzarella sticks were good and that's the only reason they get 2 stars. I'd much rather go across the parking lot to seasons pizza and get their wings. I just don't think it's acceptable to be a wings place and mess up wings.
