This is the incorrect phone numer. It's a fax number. It is so difficult to get in contact over the phone with anyone from the Bel Air child support office. Let alone the customer service phone number is automated. The customer service once at the Bel Air office is very unprofessional, very snoody, and unwelcoming. Above all the constant run around of trying to get in contact with someone, makes it difficult for corrections, and payments to be made. Horrible..Horrible..Horrible... Nonetheless the bel air child support office doesn't even deserve a One Star Click!!
Just like everyone else one star because I would not be able to submit my post without it.....Any child support office, is just a collection agency. They have no special skills or training. They don't care about you or your case. It is just there job and there job is to collect money to make money. the more money they collect the more money they make. Child support in its self is a joke. It is a money making scheme for the state. Any one that feeds into it is a fool. State agency child support offices make millions of dollars each year off spiteful and vindictive people. They use your venom toward the other parent to make money. If you want help with taking care of your child let the other parent help you by treating them the way you would like to be treated, if you were on the other side. Let your child have the opportunity to spend just as much time with his other parent, that loves them very much. You can financially support the child when they are with you and the other parent financially supports the child when they are with them. Your child is not a pay check and if you are using them for that you are a sick person. now, I know not every parent wants to spend time with their child so I know that will not work for everyone so if the other parent dose not want anything to do with your child what makes you think they should pay you? Get over it and move on with your life as a strong independent person. Show your child that you don't need to run someone down to get money. You are only hunting them down to pay because you want to hurt them and the only way to do that is through child support, so like I said you are feeding into there game and they know they can make money off all the people out there that want to be spiteful to the other parent.
This specific office is very careless, to the point it could be damaging to your life (that's an understatement trust me).
This place takes your LIC as soon as u get it when they released it they give I a fue days to make a payment I told them the money I got goes to a speical LIC to drive and the supervisor told me to bad pay your support I said with out that money I can't get the permit it's mind blowing the supervisor needs to b repermanded and or loss of a job they should not aloud to b that rude I owe 1,465 and there I's ppl with 50,000 plus and don't gotta worry none of them workers do any thing to help but quickly to toss u n jail if u r a 1$ short guess what u got s warrant they treat u like a real murder over a civil matter all the workers need to treat ppl with respect
They are ignorant Harford people. Aweful service work with Dss to take and keep children out of homes. False documentation. One fathers child was stolen and kidnap by someone unknown and he is still paying child support to ex who also dont know where the child is.
Use any other office as a resource if you have the choice.
