I have come here at least 6 times in the past 4 months and people have been consistently courteous and professional, what more do you want? On top of that I would say that most were warm and put me at ease while asking me questions or answering mine. There was one man who was kind of grumpy but he did his job efficiently so no complaint from me. Another man, however, made a needless personal comment. I asked him how long he had worked there and he said less than a year. I hope he improves and matches the professionalism of the rest of the staff.

Go prepared with a good attitude and you will have a nice experience! The workers are willing to help as that is what their job is. Be nice and I guarantee they will be nice back. Going to the DMV/MVA is never a fun idea but forget that, bring positive energy into the building and you will be fine!!! Try to go in the morning before 11am. I did and was pleasently surprised with how efficient and quick this location was. This location is clean and I found it to be a great place despite all of the negative reviews I read before I went!

I did not pass my driving test the first time; my examiner was warm and encouraged me to come again the very next day, as she recognized that the mistake (bumping into the curb while exiting the parking space), while disqualifying me, was more of an unlucky mistake than a lack of skill. My second time around I was considerably nervous and found even simple things nerve-wracking, but I kept myself steady and I did pass. The examiner told me all the mistakes I made and I appreciated her care and meticulousness in conducting the exam.

The staff here was exceptionally impolite and unhelpful. I came with someone that needed to take a drivers test. After berating the new driver for several minutes about parking in the wrong part of the building for what she was there for, we exited the building to move the car. The police officer on duty overheard the conversation between the two of us as we exited the building which consisted of us complaining about the unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy considering the new driver was already stressed out and now extremely nervous because she thought they weren't going to let her test. After the police officer objected to our choices of words, the conversation devolved into a threat of arrest and a formal complaint to the state police. Unbelievable except I was there for it. Long story short, we moved the car and had to wait in line for another hour to get back to the same person and get the paperwork reviewed to take the test. We were then informed that she needed to move the car anyway since she was testing with it. Wasted hours and the threat of losing freedom all to get a license to operate a motor vehicle that we payed for on roads that we pay for, courtesy of people who's salary we pay.

They are courteous but when you tell them you have an appointment, hand them the printout and they ignore it and put you in the regular cue it was very annoying to say the least. Being nice is great but not doing what you are supposed to do cancels out the other.

Went in at 11:00 the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to get my license converted from another state and to get new tags & title for a trailer. Walked out of the door at 11:35. Everyone was nice and helpful, the wait was short even though it was pretty crowded. The MVA is never fun but this location always has friendly efficient staff.
