Home Depot - bought electrical part, EE in dept was knowledgeable and helped get the correct part from a shelf of similar parts which look very much alike.
Had to get some hardware for a project. The person who helped me was very helpful. He also walked me over to the isle and showed me where to find another item I needed. I find the employees are very helpful at the Bel Air, MD store.
Busy today so paint dept was pretty backed up. Appeared to have 4 people working the area, might have used another but may have been too many cooks in the kitchen. Did their best under the circumstances. Always able to find what I need eventually but trying to find someone to help, especially in the construction/wood area is nearly impossible.
I've had credit with this place for over a year and never once been late on payment...my credit score and still won't raise my credit limit...whatever bank they deal with suck ass.... I've been giving much more credit with every other store even after applying for extension of credit from HD and getting denied.
The parking and getting in/out of this location is fairly easy. The employees are very helpful and polite. Mike at the pro desk is the best! He knows his clients by name and is very knowledgeable.
