Self checkout is a miserable experience at best. Each item scanned triggers cashier override, which in turn takes forever to get the assistance required. (I'm standing here with enough time to be able to type this review.)
Customer service was terrible. Several employees were rude and or just plain lazy. The hot table for soups was broken down and left dirty. Only one lane open for check out with five customers waiting. I would highly recommend going to another market. I certainly will not be going back.
Nice store clean much brighter than before and the Safeway just for U app is a must you can also save a lot of money on the gas if you use the just for you membership coupons
Great prices, best selection and cuts of fresh meat in town and love the late night hours (doesn't close until 12)
Store is very bright, floor just looks cracked when you first walk in, which I thought was trashy. But overall it's a nice grocery store. However they didn't have the chocolate mini shredded wheat cereal that I like, they had every other flavor. That was weird. Oh and there's a Starbucks inside. Never had their frappes but I suppose they're okay if you're already in the store and you're craving coffee or a cold drink. Pretty nice grocery store, just need to renovate the flooring and have more variety of cereal.
Update your operating systems for self check out if you don't want to inconvenience and lose future business.
