They have everything your heart could desire with regards to a party. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I can't stay away from this place! They've got inexpensive candy as well. Whether it be too fill a pinata or candy dishes, get it here.
They unfortunately lack a lot of things that you would need for a party. It's pretty much a Halloween store in the fall, which is okay if you're throwing a Halloween party.
Good location in Bel Air, very easy to get into. Prices can be high but that's the company. They do inflate balloons for free if you purchase them from there, or purchase online and keep your receipt.
The store was good not sure if I'll go back other than for the nickel and dime candy for a birthday party grab bag. I felt that I had to wait a long time even with one person in front of me the store was not busy at all. There are a lot of things that the cashiers have to do there for future orders for customers and I feel that there should be a separate register that handles those types of transactions to free up time for other people that need to get in and out
