Today 2/23/2017 I had a most unpleasant customer interaction with an older gentleman working at the Emmorton UPS store. He was abrupt and rude. He quoted me one price and than increased it by $15.00 without an explanation. When I told him this was too much money and asked for the copy he made ....he tore it up in front of me and said " this is a service we provide."....whatever that means. The young girls are always pleasant, but this gentleman made me feel like I had done something wrong by requesting his service. I will not be returning to this store for fear I will have to see this gentleman again.
I had outstanding service and the gentleman was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. He took time to explain about why the packaging of my item was so important and that 'he would take care of everything.' I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you, UPS Store!!
If I could rate them below zero I would! The grumpy elderly gentleman at the counter was extremely rude. His customer service is terrible. I had one small package from Amazon to drop off. I only needed a small piece of tape and he wanted to charge me for it or purchase it from them. I have dropped off many of packages at other locations and was never met with such terrible customer service. Not only was he rude during the transaction, he did not even greet me when I walked in. The UPS in White Marsh was happy to tape my box and said that the packaged was already paid for don't worry about the tape.
Couldn't even find this place, if it even still exists. The one a few miles away was much easier to find. It's UPS, no well marked sign or anything resembling the picture of the business at that address in Google Maps.
When I need something shipped correctly, I know I can rely on this store. Great service.
