Nice place but the prewash ran out half way thru using it. It started shooting out air. But overall it's a nice carwash.
I would give a zero star if i could. They made me pay $25 for the best wash they had for dash wipe down window's cleaned inside and out, vacuum, wheels cleaned, & tire shine. They did a very bad job waited 20 mins inline for a towel dry water had started to dry off by itself so decided to take out my towel and started drying while waiting in line. Finally when it was my turn the workers there did no dash wipe down didn't really do the windows that well just did vacuum on driver side passenger side was left alone. When they told me to leave windshield had water stains. I ask one if the guys to clean it with an attitude he said i alright did! I told him doesn't look clean he said well the carwash is suppose to take care of that. He just wipe it a little and told me to leave. Had to pull and a do it myself. Never again will i be using this car wash.
Everybody was very friendly and the service was very well done. My truck looked about as nice as it could after a 20 minute exterior and interior wash.
Best car wash in Bel Air. They pre-wash your vehicle before the wash and the team after takes great care to provide finishing touches for a spotless vehicle.
