They are extremely supportive of cycling in the community too, supporting a lot of local groups and leading rad group rides for all skill levels on the weekends.
Since the day I stepped foot into Bike Doctor Bel Air, I have always been treated with respect and given the best guidance every time I have purchased a bicycle or related item. It is very obvious that the shop and it's staff are dedicated to the growth of cycle in Harford County! It will be very hard for me to ever ride another bike besides a Trek, because of the service and quality I receive from Bike Doctor and the brands they carry, definitely a step up from other shops I have been too!

Just had a tune up, brakes, chain, grips and bar ends on my trek 8.2 that had a lot of C&O and GAP trail miles on it. (around 1000 mi this summer alone) It was, to say the least, a little stressed. They turned it around in 3 days, as promised, and at a reasonable price. I went right from the shop to the NCR trail for a test ride and it looked and performed like a new bike! I am now a Huge fan of Bike Doctor!

I must say the Bike Doctor of Bel Air is a wonderful bike shop with exceptional service. I have purchased 2 bikes in the last year though this store. Dan, the owner, has gone out of his way to assist me in both purchases. My first purchase was to replace a trek bike that was totaled in an accident. Through their shop I would order a project one bike. What fun and professional experience to upgrade your bike to fit your needs and size. Fred, the bike fitter, did a great job and was very helpful.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fair pricing, though be warned no cheap bikes here, only quality (remember you get what you pay for). You also get life time gear and brake adjustment and half off tune ups. Highly recommended.
